In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 266bat website accessible at 266bat.vip and all associated services, games, and betting markets.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Wager" means any stake placed on a casino game, live dealer game, slot, fishing game, or sports betting market offered on the Platform.

2.1 To register and use 266bat, you must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is mandatory and non-negotiable. Use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.

2.2 You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gambling services is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gambling is legally permitted in your location before registering an account.

2.3 266bat reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, and during any account review. Accepted documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

2.4 By clicking "Register" or otherwise creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this clause.

3.1 One Account Only. Each Player is permitted to hold one active account on the Platform. The opening of duplicate accounts is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 266bat reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 266bat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

3.4 Unauthorised Access. You must notify the 266bat support team immediately via the contact email in the footer if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. Closure requests made under responsible gaming grounds (e.g., self-exclusion) will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 266bat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within two to four hours for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days. Processing times are estimates only and may be extended during periods of high demand or pending identity verification.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Prior to processing any withdrawal, 266bat may require identity verification and may conduct a review to ensure compliance with these Terms & Conditions. Withdrawals will not be processed where the account holds an active wagering requirement against bonus funds.

4.6 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 266bat is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility. All promotional offers and bonuses are subject to separate terms published at the time the offer is made. General eligibility requires a valid, verified account in good standing. 266bat reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time without notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 266bat monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal genuine play, and collusion between players. Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system will have their bonus cancelled, associated winnings forfeited, and their account permanently suspended.

5.4 Maximum Bonus Win Cap. Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from a bonus is ৳50,000 per promotional offer. This cap does not apply to winnings from deposits made using the Player's own funds independently of a bonus.

5.5 Seasonal Promotions. 266bat may offer special promotions during cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day (16 December). Such promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer.

6.1 Game Rules. Each casino game, live dealer table, slot, fishing game, and sports betting market on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before placing any wager.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum wager amounts are displayed within each game and betting market. These limits may vary by game type, provider, and account status. 266bat reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

6.3 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and hockey, are subject to the settlement rules published within the relevant market. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of 266bat's trading team is final.

6.4 Technical Failures. In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a game round or bet, 266bat will endeavour to resolve the round using the last valid game state recorded by the Platform's servers. 266bat is not responsible for connectivity issues on the Player's side.

6.5 Prohibited Conduct. The following are strictly prohibited: use of automated betting software or bots; exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities; collusion with other players; and any form of cheating or manipulation. Violation of this clause will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

6.6 Void Bets. 266bat reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, due to a manifest pricing error, or as a result of prohibited conduct. Where a wager is voided, the original stake will be returned to the Player's account balance.

7.1 266bat is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. All Players aged 21 and above are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and cooling-off periods via the responsible gaming tools available in their account dashboard.

7.2 Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion will take effect within 24 hours and will prevent the Player from accessing their account, depositing funds, or placing wagers for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

7.3 266bat will not knowingly allow a self-excluded Player to reactivate their account before the exclusion period has expired. Requests to lift a self-exclusion will not be processed until the agreed exclusion period has fully elapsed.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits 266bat's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11.1 266bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice on the Platform prior to taking effect.

11.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

12.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and 266bat arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. 12.3 266bat's decisions on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, account status, and breach of these Terms & Conditions are final once the internal review process has been completed. All time references in dispute resolution correspondence are recorded in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

13.1 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

13.2 These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and 266bat with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, or representations.
